I see everyone is going for the simplistic art work, I like the song but it’s not like some of the Drake songs I’ve liked straight away but I know it can grow on me after a few listens. Drake has done some nice verses for the Birdman and Young money album, I hope he can come as hard for his own.
THAT WAS INCREDIBLE!That track Drop The World has so much energy! To see Em and Wayne perform together was simply amazing then to make it even BETTER they brought in Drake with Travis the beast on the drums! He has really come far, with all that push and boost from the best in the industry. Ye would have completed this, so sorry he wasn’t part of the performance.
Good to see how far he has come! I see people in the comment box getting real mad because he doesn’t fit the usual stereotype of your favorite rapper. You don’t need to sell crack anymore to become a rapper you just need to be marketable. Drake would have looked extremely bad if he had try to prove that he was something that he wasn’t, listen to his music and you would realise he have mentioned allot of what you just saw. Yes he was middle class and always had some sort of money but atleast he knew his music long before what we know now as “Drake”. Just look at Rick Ross he should be ashamed he was a cop and claimed to be the biggest drug dealer in Miami and still the industry and audience accepted him. I tell you this rap shi^ is entertaining.
From the internet to the streets to the Grammy Awards, doesn’t get no better than that. I’ve been saying this since So Far Gone dropped, and couldn’t agree more with this award. They even sold it as an EP with almost all the same songs and it did better than some albums on the charts, that’s what you call a true fan base. Drake same a long way and I was given an opportunity to watch him reap his success, and it feels good.
“I’m really trying to work with Sade,” he revealed. “Lil Wayne will be on it. Young Jeezy, Jay-Z, Kanye will be doing work on it. It’s in the family.” There is one other guest that he elected to be coy about. “It’s this other one I’m excited about that’s kinda left [field],” he demurred. “It’s gonna be a great project — well-rounded.”
1st we had Cudi talking about his album features now we have Drake doing the same. This guy made an incredible mixtape that gets constant replay here at home and on the ipod.
I think DJ Khaled tries way to hard to look all hood and gangsta in these videos, but ends up just being annoying. With that being said I still think these type of videos are entertaining although they played out and the acting sucks ha!
