SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Jamaica is resisting a U.S. request to hand over a suspected crime boss with ties to the Caribbean nation’s governing party amid reports he is stockpiling weapons in his Kingston stronghold to prevent arrest.
The island’s government, which received the extradition request for Christopher “Dudus” Coke in August, has so far only responded with requests for more information about the gun and drug trafficking charges against the reputed gang leader.
Coke, identified by the U.S. Justice Department as one of the world’s most dangerous drug kingpins, allegedly controls a band of gunmen inside Tivoli Gardens, a barricaded neighborhood of Kingston, the capital of Jamaica and a city with one of the highest homicide rates in the Western Hemisphere.
Highest homicide rates in the Western Hemisphere…That is certainly not a good reputation to have. The guy even have ties in the government, and says he is lock and loaded. I think these guys think they are invincible, the drug life is a fast life with only a negative ending.
GURICEEL, Somalia, Oct. 30 (UPI) — A Somalian man who says he is 112 years old recently married a 17-year-old, using “my experience to convince her of my love.”
Ahmed Muhamed Dhore, who said he has 13 children and 101 grandchildren, and his new wife, Safiya Abdulle, are from the village of Guriceel. He said he waited for her to grow up so they could marry, The Guardian (Britain) reported Friday.
Dhore said his children and two other wives agreed to the marriage. Dhore said three of his previous wives died and this was his first wedding in 75 years.
Will someone educate these people? Please I beg of you, do you think something like this should be going on in 2009? This is why these countries remain so poor and the children are so starved. These people lack education on what is goign on in the real world.

Perfect Halloween post! This boy looks scary and even if this body building doesn’t mess up his physical health at this age I can grantee it will mess him up psychologically later. I still must admit he is doing some really interesting things, I was actually almost that strong but I stopped going to the gym. I am inspired to start back!

President Obama said today his administration is lifting an immigration ban on persons who have HIV/AIDS virus.
“It’s a step that will encourage people to get tested and get treatment, it’s a step that will keep families together, and it’s a step that will save lives,” Obama said, noting that the process of reversing the rule began during the George W. Bush presidency.
